Seeds need gentle handling. Letting seed drop straight down from the loading spout increases the chances of "Splits" and reduced profits. Reducing profits isn't good business ... installing a Woodbury Bean Ladder is. Each 10' section has 10 curved steel flights to slow seed down ... and each flight is lined with 1/4" of soft, durable gum rubber to cushion impact.
Woodbury also offers two exclusive "starter" boxes for installation right under the loading spout. The "trap" type creates a product - on - product cushion, so seed can flow gently over a metal barrier and onto the first flight. The "self-cleaning" type uses an inclined ramp to let seed slide smoothly from spout to flight.
Even with its heavy duty construction, the Woodbury Bean Ladder costs up to a third less than other bean ladders ... and normal paybacks in conditioning plants usually occur within the first year. Install a Woodbury Bean Ladder ... it's built tough to treat seeds profitably.
* Standard models are available in 1500, 2500, 3000, and 5000 bph capacities. Information on other capacities
