Urethane

 

Urethane works as an excellent wear reducer and can be installed in the head section of elevator legs as well as the transitions, elbows, spouts, and hoppers.  Classifier shoes are also available in Urethane.

Ceramic Chip and Metal back Urethane

    EBM stocks several thicknesses in fabric back, expanded metal back, and ceramic chip impregnated sheets.  Most stock sheets are 4' X 10' but are available in other lengths.  More information is available on Urethane by clicking here.    

UHMW is availble in several diffrent sizes and thickness.

 

 

Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene (UHMW) is a good lining material for sliding or wear applications.  UHMW is not recommended in impact areas or where product is moving at a high velocity.  EBM stocks several Abraison Resistan Steel 235 DHN Brinell Hardness Tensile Strength 109 KSI thicknesses in 4 X 10 sheets.
