Self-Cleaning Cushion Box

EBM Cushionboxes are designed for 40° and 50° of incline. The cushionbox's discharge flange can be shipped loose, for field installation, or can be welded to fit customer's specifications.

When installing the EBM Cushionbox in the field proceed as follows:

-Install so that the grain cushion (#3) is on the bottom

-Align the cushionbox and the discharge flange (#4) to the desired spout angle.

-Attach the discharge flange to the cushionbox.

NOTE: If welding, pull the grain cushion back from the weld point. Be sure to follow safe welding practices

NOTE: If self-tapping the discharge flange to the cushionbox, be sure to seal the joint with silicone or equivalent to prevent

water leaks.
