Crescent Top
The closely grouped crescent top pattern is like having hundreds of tiny "buckets" which make it ideal for incline conveying liquids along with solids and can be run in reverse direction which allows the crescents to convey solids while draining off liquids. The crescent design also minimizes noise levels and belt wear by its smooth movement over return rollers. This economical belt is also available in a low temperature rating of up to -40°F.

Rough Top

The rubber of PVC compound belts convey products on an angle. The rough impression top cover excels at moving items up an incline or down a decline without slippage. It is especially ideal for bags, packages, or boxes. The friction bottom surface reduces drag and moves smoothly over slider pans or rollers.

Diamond Top

The molded, low durometer, diamond-top pattern conveys bags, cartons, or packages on steep inclines or declines. It is available in 2 or 3-ply black or non-marking tan with a bare back surfaces.

Vee-Cleat

This belt was designed for demanding applications that require a heavy-duty incline belt. The pattern handles free-flowing products like fertilizer and grain. The special nitrile blend resists oil and abrasion, making it a popular choice in a variety of applications.
Cleat Height_______________ .25"
Cleat Width Top:___________ 6"
Cleat Wall Depth: __________ 2.188"
Cleat Spacing (on center)____ 3"

Mini-Chevron

The Mini-Chevron impression is designed to handle loose, free flowing material on an incline. The bare back offers a low coefficient of friction on slider beds. It works well for both grain and fertilizer applications. This specification offers abrasion and oil resistance along with good flexibility in cold temperatures.
Cleat Height ______________ .156"
Cleat Spacing _____________ .813"
Cleat Width Top __________ 2"

Continuous Chevron

This moderately oil resistant belt has good abrasion resistance. The continuous pattern allows for handling loose, free flowing materials on the steepest of inclines.
Cleat Height ______________ .125"
Cleat Spacing (on center) ___ .75"

Designed to prevent costly production loss through "slip-back" or spillage when an incline is unavoidable in the transfer of material. Available in a variety of styles and colors for general, oil resistant, non-marking and food grade applications.
