Get Permanent Magnetic Protection for Enclosed Flow Lines

Bunting HF Series Permanent Drawer Magnets can handle a wide variety of separation tasks. They're built for easy installation in square, rectangular, or round spouting used in gravity conveying systems. We can supply both top and bottom spouting adapters to your specifications to reduce in-house fabrication. HF Drawers have two or more trays arranged so that the magnetic cartridges are staggered to increase contact with the product flow. Material moves in a zig-zag pattern from one cartridge tray to the next for thorough cleaning.

Increase Product Purity

Bunting Drawer Magnets are widely used in the food, dairy, grain, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, recycling, and other industries to:

• REDUCE CONTAMINATION REJECTS

• PREVENT EQUIPMENT DAMAGE

• RECLAIM FERROUS MATERIAL

• REDUCE TRAMP METAL HAZARDS

Bunting Drawer Magnets can dramatically reduce downtime, maintenance, and costly wear and tear on production machinery.

Get Industry Standards, Self-Cleaning Convenience, and Rare Earth Power

The HF Series Drawer Magnets are tailored to your installation - from the flanges pre-drilled at no extra charge - to the construction standards adhered to so that you can meet the product handling requirements of your industry. Select from Manual Self-Cleaning or Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Models to reduce downtime and labor. You can also specify the magnetic material best suited to your needs, including powerful Rare Earth magnets.

Standard and Stainless Steel Housings

Standard drawer housings are constructed of heavy-duty mild steel. Stainless steel housing are also available. They're required for certain sanitary applications and whenever Rare Earth magnets are used. Stainless steel stands up to most corrosive environments, resist wear, and is the right choice when "clean room" standards must be met. Optional adapters permit easy installation of housing in most round, square, or rectangular spouting.

Manual and Self-Cleaning Models

You have 3 choices in cleaning options: manual, "manual" self cleaning, and pneumatic self-cleaning.

On Bunting Self-Cleaning Drawers, units are designed to fully extend the magnetic assemblies outside the housing. As these tube assemblies travel outside the housing, a grommet wipes the tube clean all the way to the non-magnetic tapered end, assuring that each cartridge is fully wiped and reentering the housing. Select from Manual or Pneumatic Self- Cleaning.

Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Models

Bunting Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Drawers do all the work for you. The pneumatically powered cleaning mechanism releases ferrous contaminants into the discharge area automatically. We can provide timer or push-button controls. If you expect rapid contaminant accumulation or if your unit will be installed in a hard-to-reach location, you should consider the long-term savings in time and labor our Pneumatic Self-Cleaning Model offers.
