    Diamondback was developed by Bailey-Parts in the mid-70's and is aSeveral different styles of backing are available when ordering Urethane registered trademark.  Our Diamondback Urethane liners are widely used in the grain; sand and gravel; crushed stone; coal; gold, silver and copper; and salt industries, as well as for other types of bulk material handling and conveying.
    Diamondback lives up to its name.  It's rattlesnake tough and high resistant to both impingement and frictional abrasion.  It is lightweight and easy to fabricate and install.  The cost is very competitive.  And Diamondback liner meets FDA standard for dry food handling.  Diamondback Ceramic Chip Ceramic Chip Urethane Urethane Liner.  In the early 1980's, Bailey-Parks began experimenting with ceramic chips combined with urethane and pioneered a system that allows a much higher ratio of ceramic to urethane per sheet than was available from other manufactures.  The result is Diamondback Ceramic Chip Urethane.  Today, Bailey-Parks impregnates the top 38% of the urethane regardless of sheet thickness to produce a smooth ceramic surface.  Ceramic is 85% alumina with a hardness of 9 on MOH's scale.  Urethane is 85A durometer
