Low overall height for lower installation costs. "Fine touch" FM control through a rack-and-pinion valve. Controlled screening.  Proportion of material cleaned to material by-passed can be infinitely varied - even while the screener is operating. Remote manual control of proportioning gate is standard.  Electric controls are available.  Both controls indicate percentage of gate opening. Ball bearing supported shaft and nonmetallic slides insure smooth gate operation. Excellent material distribution to all screens due to the vertical inlet tube. Simple and convenient screen change - no tools needed. Optional service platform bolts directly to stand for stability.

Screening Performance

    The Nomograph indicates the approximate removal rates of all  InterSystems Gravity Screeners.  Rates as graphed are a composite performance of several units being used on the job.  These rates are not guaranteed removal rates.  Performance represented is the minimum level for all models.  The solid line indicates an example:  Material containing 7.5% FM before screening would contain approximately 2.75% after screening.  For other removal rates, choose a percent of FM before screening and draw a straight line through the index point to the "after screening" scale.
